Polyimide Virgin
PI virgin is a unmodified polyimide that has the properties of high rigidity, low water absorption, good machinability and very high continuous temperature up to 310℃.
Polyimide High Temperature(PI HI)
PI HI is a special modified material based on PI natural. It has the extremely high continuous temperature up to 380℃ and still keeps the good mechanical strength and machinability.
PEEK Virgin
PEEK virgin is an unfilled semi-crystalline high-performance plastic with high continuous working temperature, good mechanical strength, excellent dimensional stability, and exceptional chemical resistance.
PEEK 30% Glass Fiber Reinforced (PEEK GF30)
PEEK GF30 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced material based on PEEK natural. Compared to PEEK natural, the rigidity and wear resistance are improved, especially under the condition of high temperature and pressure.
PEEK 30% Carbon Fiber Reinforced (PEEK CF30)
PEEK CF30 is 30% carbon fiber-filled plastic based on PEEK natural. Because of the carbon fiber, the mechanical strength, rigidity, thermal conductivity, and creep strength are improved.
PEEK Bearing Grade (PEEK FC30)
PEEK FC30 is a plastic modified by adding carbon fiber, graphite, and PTFE to increase its sliding and wear resistance. Meanwhile, the material still keeps other PEEK great properties.
PPS Virgin
PPS virgin is a high performance plastic with great benefits of high continuous temperature, good machinability, excellent dimensional stability and low water absorption. Black and natural color are available.
PPS 40% Glass Fiber Reinforced (PPS GF40)
PPS GF40 is a 40% glass fiber modified material based on PPS virgin. For glass fiber reinforcement, it shows high rigidity, good wear resistance, great dimensional stability and other benefits.
Ultem 1000 (PEI Virgin)
Ultem 1000 has many great properties, such as high mechanical strength, high rigidity, very good dimensional stability and great radiation resistance. It also shows very good wave permeability and can be used in telecom industry.
Ultem 2300 (PEI GF30)
PEI GF30 use the ULTEM 2300 as the raw material to produce. It shows the properties of high rigidity, great mechanical strength and excellent dimensional stability.
PTFE Virgin

Polycarbonate Virgin (PC Virgin)
